Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process:

  1. Cancellation Process:
    • Please contact us promptly to initiate the cancellation process. You can reach us at the provided contact details.
  2. Refund Eligibility:
    • Before 45 days: Full refund, except for GST and service charges.
    • 45 - 30 days: 25% of the booking amount will be deducted.
    • 29 - 10 days: 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
    • 9 - 5 days: 75% of the booking amount will be deducted.
    • 4 days or less: 100% of the booking amount will be deducted.
  3. Refund Process:
    • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the original payment method:
      • Credit Card Payments: Refunded to the original credit card used for the booking.
      • Payment Gateway Payments: Refunded to the same account used for the payment.
  4. Exceptions:
    • No refunds will be provided for unused services or if the client is unable to utilize any part of the booked services (including hotels, sightseeing, meals, etc.) for any reason.

Force Majeure

  1. Unforeseen Circumstances:
    • In cases of force majeure or vis major (acts of God) that prevent the tour or any part thereof from being conducted, refunds will not be guaranteed.
    • Refunds, if considered, will be at the discretion of IPR Backwaters and may be subject to supplier policies and other relevant factors.
  2. Decision Authority:
    • The decision on the eligibility and amount of refunds, if any, will be solely made by IPR Backwaters based on various considerations, including the number of participants and supplier cancellation policies.
